Sapna trained at the University of Nottingham and became a chartered Physiotherapist in 2010. Since qualifying Sapna began her career within the NHS and spent four years rotating through various specialities including: neurology, respiratory, intensive care, care of the elderly, orthopaedics, surgery, amputee rehabilitation and outpatients. She developed a passion for musculoskeletal outpatients within adults and paediatrics in which she now specialises. Part of her NHS work involved establishing and running paediatric musculoskeletal outreach clinics within Suffolk to develop the paediatric service and to increase accessibility for patients to improve patient-centred care. In January 2015, Sapna worked as a Senior Physiotherapist, throughout East Anglia and the Midlands particularly within the private sector.
Sapna continues to strive to expand her skills and knowledge through attending courses and training sessions and thoroughly enjoys working with various practitioners. Sapna’s particular interests are joint disorders, back pain and sports injuries. Sapna is a keen manual therapist and she also specialises in Western Acupuncture.
Sapna is married and in her leisure time she loves her intensive workouts balanced with Pilates and Yoga. She enjoys hiking, travelling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
